Nustream are an industry leading provider of document hardware, software, services and solutions. Our portfolio of document provision includes office printing hardware and consumables, print audits, Managed Print Services (MPS) and business process simplification and automation solutions.
We are looking for an ambitious Telesales Executive to join our team to develop and execute targeted sales campaigns that deliver strong results.
Roles and responsibilities:
- With a mixture of inbound and outbound calls you’ll be speaking to a high volume of potential customers, promoting our products and securing opportunities.
- You’ll make scripted phone calls as directed by the Telemarketing Team Leader
- From your first day you’ll be part of a structured training programme, designed to teach you about our products and the skills required to be a successful Telesales Advisor.
- You’ll conduct administration to support calls made
- You’ll attend weekly team meetings
- You’d be expected to provide support for the Telemarketing team as required
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Highly organised and quick learner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoys being part of a team but also works well under own initiative
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Strong communication, negotiation and consultative skills
