The postage process was costly and time-consuming. A large proportion of their customer base require paper copies of their monthly bills, with over 4,500 letters sent every month. The postage process took six people three days to print, stuff and send the customers’ bills.

Solution

Colour was essential to effectively communicate ideas and campaigns both internally and to customers. The incumbent solution consisted of support and maintenance of the office printing solution being delivered by different companies.

The challenge was to deliver an environmentally-friendly colour solution that met these objectives whilst reducing the ever growing cost of printing.

Results
